No, we do not rent our equipments.

Are the selling price factory prices ?

The mentioned selling price is a recommended retail price. We do not apply factory prices.

What is the difference between Brussels waffles and Liège waffles?

Brussels waffles are the light and rectangular waffles we used to dust with icing sugar or cover with whipped cream. Liège waffles are oval and obtained from a piece of dough. They also contain pearl sugar.

Our crepe makers are design with a nozzle for butane or propane bottle. The nozzle for city gas is included.

What is the thickness of the plate of the griddle?

The thickness of the plate is 3mm. Thanks to the cooking surface shape and the reinforced supports, the risk of warping is limited to its maximum.

How to choose between an enameled and a stainless steel cooking plate?

  • Stainless steel:The stainless steel griddle plates provide additional ease of maintenance and meet the highest standards in food hygiene. Stainless steel is a stainless material whith a very long life and allows a faster heating up than cast iron.
  • Enameled plate: The griddle plate with enameled cast iron takes much longer to heat up than stainless steel griddle plates, but also retain the heat longer.

Offer validity

The information about the availability of the products on the website is updated regularly. Our product offers and our prices are valid as long as they are visible on our website.

Our quotes are valid for a 15 days period from the day of their emission.

For check or bank transfer payment, the availability of the product is appreciated at the day of receipt of your payment by Krampouz.

Rights of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from KRAMPOUZ without any reasons or pay penalties , except return fees.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period , only the price of the purchased products and shipping costs will be reimbursed; the cost of return stay at your expense.

The returns have to be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) for commercialization in the new state, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal management .

Deliveries are made to collection points, by transporter or mail service

For crepe makers, planchas, waffle makers, grills etc. delivery is usually made within approx. 10 open days. (may vary depending on the production schedule)

For larger items such as trolleys and furniture, allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

These delivery times are for information only. Exact delivery times will be confirmed when we receive your quote.

We will dispatch your order once full payment has been received by our services (available payment methods: check, credit card etc.)

General information

If you notice a problem with your order on delivery, mention your reservations (with details of damage) on the transporter’s delivery note. The transporter should be notified of any damage made in transit by registered letter, within 24 hours of delivery.

How are the shipping costs calculated for accessories shipment?

The shipping costs correspond to a shipping and wrapping flat fee from 0 to 10kg. It’s more interesting for you to group your accessories if possible.
